US, South Korean and Ukraine intelligence officials said North Korea last year dispatched up to 12,000 troops to Russia. A man has allegedly been assaulted and robbed of a Pokémon card worth more than $8000 during a late-night sale in a NSW car park. The 38-year-old man had arranged to sell rare collectable cards at the intersection of Lake Entrance Road and Shellharbour Road in NSW’s Illawarra region at 10.45pm on Friday, March 28. Man aged 31 charged with murder as death toll rises to 11

Murder charges have been filed against a suspect in a weekend car ramming attack that killed 11 people between the ages of five and 65 and injured dozens at a Filipino heritage festival in the Canadian city of Vancouver. The British Columbia Prosecution Service charged Kai-Ji Adam Lo, 30, with eight counts of second-degree murder and said more charges were possible. Arrest of Queensland man leads to rescue of seven children

Seven children in Australia and the Philippines have been rescued after a Queensland man was arrested and charged with 28 child exploitation and drug offences by police. Police raided the 31-year-old’s home at Moreton Bay, north of Brisbane, last December and arrested him after detectives from Redcliffe Child Protection Investigation Unit (CPIU) received a tip-off. Police investigating sudden death of man in central Brisbane

Police are investigating the death of a man near the Brisbane central business district overnight. He was asked to leave a business on the corner of Ann and Morgan streets in Fortitude Valley about 12.20am before being restrained by security guards. Moments later, he became unresponsive and died at the scene, despite CPR being given. A crime scene has been declared, and investigations are ongoing today. Source link
