In a truly unexpected turn of events, “Tiger King” Joe Exotic has come out in support of Anthony Albanese.

The controversial Netflix star, who is currently in prison for a multitude of offences, shared a composite photo of himself and the Prime Minister, superimposed with the text: “Albanese for Prime Minister.”

“Keep Australia safe and awesome,” Exotic captioned the picture.

“All of my friends in Australia vote for @albomp.”

And the fallout continues after Opposition Leader Peter Dutton told news.com.au in an exclusive interview he believes that more young voters are siding with Labor or the Greens because they are being forced to rent for longer.

“People are renters for longer, and generally that means that they’re more inclined to support the Labor Party,” he said.

“Then, as their views mature politically, they come across to the Liberal Party.”
