Two men dead, third fighting for life
Two young men have died and another is fighting for life after a crash between a truck and a car in south-west Sydney late yesterday.
Emergency services were called to King Georges Road at Wiley Park about 8.45pm where three men were found trapped inside a BMW sedan.
Two of those, aged 22 and 23, died at the scene, while the 20-year-old driver suffered significant injuries and was taken to hospital in critical condition.
The truck driver, a 24-year-old man, was taken to hospital for mandatory testing.
A crime scene was set up, and police crash investigation experts have launched inquiries.
They’re expected to examine whether the wet weather yesterday was a factor in the crash.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
