Police investigating sudden death of man in central Brisbane
Police are investigating the death of a man near the Brisbane central business district overnight. He was asked to leave a business on the corner of Ann and Morgan streets in Fortitude Valley about 12.20am before being restrained by security guards. Moments later, he became unresponsive and died at the scene, despite CPR being given. A crime scene has been declared, and investigations are ongoing today. Source link

Five people have been charged and an investigation is under way after a brawl broke out at a children’s football game in Sydney’s south-west. Two people were injured with the matter now referred to the local football judiciary. On Saturday morning at Fairfield, the under-sevens match between Marconi Juniors and South West Wanderers at Prospect View Park turned sour on the sidelines.
